Wellbeing on Instagram

THIS year the Wellbeing and Mental Health Team has launched its first Instagram account. The Instagram account posts wellbeing tips, information on activities that are happening across our campuses and the famous #meettheteammonday where you can get an insight into staff members who work in Student Futures Support and Development.

The team is also recruiting Do Good Feel Good Champions to help open the conversation around wellbeing and mental health across the institution. The Do Good Feel Good Champions are student volunteers who have an interest in wellbeing and mental health and want to make a positive difference to the student experience. Champions will be responsible for working with the Student Wellbeing Project Officers to develop ideas of events and sessions that students can attend to help improve their wellbeing. Additionally, the Do Good Feel Good Champions will help to give the student voice to the Wellbeing and Mental Health Team to make improvements to the support section on the app and of course the Instagram account.

If you would like to get involved as a Do Good Feel Good Champion then please drop us an email on Remember to give our Instagram account a follow too on uoc.happyhealthylife.
