“Engage with the University community through our new virtual platform – powered by Playwaze – which allows you to build up points to cash in for rewards, track your progress, and view University-wide leader boards on some challenges.
“This month our challenge theme is Feb 4 You, with a focus on taking time for yourself by moving your body.
“Challenges start on Monday, February 8, from 10am and include a walking and activity-minute leader board, as well as a gratitude challenge to help us all focus on the small things as lockdown continues.
“We’ll also be launching shorter challenges throughout the month, including our meal of the month, which will focus on Pancake Day this month, and give you the option to incorporate some light movement into your cooking time.
“Other challenges will focus on stretching, dancing and jogging. All abilities are welcome to get involved and there is a range of options so you can select what is right for you.
“Access is free and open to all staff and students. Join via the Sports and Active Lifestyle Portal pages, where you can browse the different challenges and follow the Playwaze booking flow to join in. “
